1. Deposit Payment

The amount displayed on the website represents a deposit for the requested service and not the final service price.

2. Final Quotation

After reviewing job details, Desaloka Enterprise will provide the final quotation before work begins.

3. Price Adjustment

If the actual job scope differs from the original request, the final price may change. The customer will always be informed and must approve the updated quotation before work starts.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate job information, access to the property, and safe working conditions for our team.

5. Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order before the job schedule is confirmed. Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled work.

6. Service Availability

Service scheduling depends on team availability and location.

7. Payment

Customers may make payment using:
