1. Service Process
Our website allows customers to place an order and pay a deposit for home service jobs such as grass cutting, house painting, tree cutting, awning installation, plumbing, and other small renovation works.
The amount displayed on the website is a deposit only and not the final service price.
The process is as follows:
1. Customer places an order through our website.
2. Customer pays a deposit for the requested service.
3. Our team will contact the customer to collect further details such as location, job scope, and photos if necessary.
4. After reviewing the job details, we will provide the final quotation.
5. Work will only proceed after both parties agree to the quotation.
6. The remaining balance will be paid before or during the job via our payment system or virtual terminal.
2. Service Scheduling
After the quotation is accepted, a service date will be scheduled based on availability and location. Our team will confirm the schedule with the customer before work begins.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under the following condition:
Refund Eligible
A full refund of the deposit may be requested if the job has not yet been scheduled or work has not started.
Refund Not Eligible
Refunds will not be provided once:
– The job has been scheduled and confirmed.
– Our team has started the work.
– Materials have been purchased or preparation for the job has begun.
4. Cancellation
Customers who wish to cancel must inform us before the job is scheduled. Once the job schedule has been confirmed, cancellation may not be eligible for a refund.
5. Changes to Job Scope
If the actual job scope differs from the initial request, the final price may change. Any price changes will always be communicated and approved by the customer before work begins.
