Why do I need to pay a deposit?
The deposit confirms your booking and allows our team to review and schedule your request. The deposit will be deducted from the final service price.
When will your team contact me?
Our team will contact you within 24 hours after your order is placed to gather more details about the job.
When will the job be scheduled?
Jobs are typically scheduled within 3 to 7 days depending on location, job scope, and team availability.
What information do I need to provide after ordering?
Our team may ask for the following:
• Exact location
• Photos of the problem area
• Description of the work needed
This helps us provide a more accurate quotation.
What happens after I receive the quotation?
You can review the quotation and confirm if you agree with the final price. Work will only begin after both sides agree.
How do I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance can be paid using:
• FPX
• E-Wallet
• PayLater
Our team will provide payment instructions after the quotation is approved.
Can the final price change?
Yes, if the actual job scope is different from the initial request. Any changes will always be discussed and approved before work begins.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are allowed if the job has not yet been scheduled. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
Deposits can only be refunded if the job has not been scheduled and work has not started.
